Here you’ll find clear instructions for cancelling an order, returning an item and receiving a refund.
14-day right of withdrawal
Most items bought online can be returned under the 14-day right of withdrawal. The period starts when you receive the item. Tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw within 14 days, for example by emailing asiakaspalvelu@laventelihetki.fi. Include your order number and the item you are returning. You do not need to give a reason.
After notifying us, send the item back within 14 days. Contact us first and we’ll provide the correct return address and instructions. Please keep your return receipt or tracking number.
Item condition and return costs
You may handle an item to the extent needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would in a shop. If it has been handled more than necessary, the refund may be reduced to reflect any loss in value where the law allows.
You are responsible for return postage if this was explained before you placed the order. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us. We’ll advise you on what to do, and you will not be charged return costs arising from the error.
Refunds
We will refund your payment in accordance with consumer protection rules and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we have received the item or proof that you have sent it before issuing the refund. Refunds are made using the original payment method unless we agree otherwise. The cost of the standard delivery option is refunded as required by law; any extra cost for a more expensive delivery option may not be refunded.
Items excluded from the right of withdrawal
Sealed cosmetics, essential oils and other products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal once their seal has been opened. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty. The exception does not automatically apply to every opened product; we assess each item under the applicable rules. If you are unsure, contact us before opening the packaging.
