Here’s what to do if an item develops a fault or if you have a question about its warranty or servicing.
Product warranty
A warranty is a voluntary additional benefit. Its availability, duration and terms can vary by product. If an item has a manufacturer’s or seller’s warranty, its details are provided on the product page, on the packaging or in the documents supplied with the item.
A warranty does not limit your statutory rights. Even if an item has no separate warranty or its warranty period has ended, the seller’s statutory liability for defects is assessed under the applicable consumer protection rules.
Faulty item or item that does not match its description
Contact customer service if an item breaks too soon, does not work properly or does not match the product information. Include your order number, the product name, a description of the fault and when it appeared. You may attach a photo or video if it helps us understand the issue.
Email asiakaspalvelu@laventelihetki.fi. We’ll reply with guidance and look into the matter. Please do not send the item back until we have explained the next steps.
How we resolve the issue
We assess each report based on the product and circumstances. If the item is found to be defective, the remedy may, as applicable, be repair or replacement, a price reduction or cancellation of the sale. We’ll explain the next steps and any return or servicing costs before you send the item.
